Privacy Policy

NeoBit d.o.o. values your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we collect through neobit.ba, why we use it, who we share it with and what rights you have. We keep it simple, without legal jargon.

1. Who we are

The controller of personal data is NeoBit d.o.o., Kneza Branimira 2b, 88000 Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. For any privacy question, write to info@neobit.ba.

2. What data we collect

• Contact form: name, company name, email address, phone, selected service and your message. Only you send these, when you fill in the form.
• Newsletter: only the email address you enter in the field in the page footer.
• Email: if you write to info@neobit.ba, we keep your message and our correspondence.
• Technical data: IP address, browser details and the time a form was sent. We use them to protect the forms from bots and abuse and to limit how many submissions are allowed within an hour.
• Ad measurement: the site loads a Google Ads tag that records visits and conversions (for example a form submission or a click on our email address). Google may set cookies and identifiers in your browser as part of this.

We do not collect special categories of data and do not ask for them through the site. Please do not include them in your message.

3. Why we use it

• Answering your enquiry and preparing an offer: the basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
• Newsletter: the basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Site security and abuse prevention: the basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site and its forms.
• Measuring ad performance: the basis is our legitimate interest in understanding which ads lead to enquiries. You can control cookies in your browser (see section 7).

We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decisions about you.

4. Who we share it with

• Our team: messages from the form go to info@neobit.ba and to the address of the responsible person at NeoBit.
• Service providers: the web hosting provider the site runs on, Microsoft (Microsoft 365 email) and Google (the Google Ads tag and Google Fonts for displaying fonts).
• Authorities: only when the law requires us to.

Google and Microsoft may process data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, including in the EU and the US, under the safeguards these providers apply.

5. How long we keep it

• Enquiries and correspondence: while communication and cooperation continue, and if no cooperation follows, for at most 24 months from the last message.
• Newsletter address: until you withdraw consent.
• Technical data for form protection: only as long as needed to limit submissions within an hour.
• Data processed by Google: according to Google's policies and your ad settings.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict processing, object to processing, data portability and to withdraw consent. Send your request to info@neobit.ba. We will reply within a reasonable time, and no later than 30 days.

If you believe we have violated your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina (azlp.ba). If you live in the EU, you can also contact the supervisory authority in your country, for example AZOP in Croatia (azop.hr).

7. Cookies

The site itself does not set tracking cookies. Cookies and identifiers may be set by the Google Ads tag, for measuring visits and conversions. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, and turn off ad personalisation in Google's ad settings. Blocking them does not affect how the site works.

8. How we protect data

The site runs over HTTPS, the forms are protected from bots, and only people who need messages to reply to them can access them. Nothing on the internet is completely safe, but we protect data with the care we would expect for our own. You can also read about general principles in our guide to data protection in BiH.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, and the date of the last change is shown at the top of the page. For any question, write to info@neobit.ba.
